About FitSteps
FitSteps is an energetic, upbeat dance fitness class featuring all of your favourite dances from Strictly Come Dancing. Created by two of the show's pros, Natalie Lowe and Ian Waite, together with Olympic swimmer Mark Foster. It is designed to give real, measurable fitness results. It is suitable for all ages and abilities and you don’t need a partner! It's 'strictly' FAB-U-LOUS.
