Cancellation Policy
Shereene Steps is unable to offer a refund or reduced fee in the event that you are unable to attend part or the entirety of the half termly block bookings or any pay as you go bookings made. This includes but is not limited to sickness, having to self-isolate and unable to travel due to adverse weather conditions. Shereene Steps would endeavour to offer an alternative session within that same term but this is not a guarantee and would only be subject to availability. On the rare occasion it may be necessary for Shereene Steps to reschedule your course/session we will advise you ASAP. This could be due to but not limited to instructor illness, being required to self-isolate, a venue issue or availability or adverse weather conditions. Following this we will reschedule an alternative date and if this is not possible issue a refund for that specific session. The refund will be based on the course fee divided by the number of sessions in the course.
